4. Brighton, UK
If you fancy staying in the UK for your student holidays, have a look at wonderful Brighton. You will never get bored in this eccentric lovable city. It is packed with things to do including activities as such as beach sports (both in the water an on land), to sailing and Kayaking. It doesn’t end when the sun goes down – there are theatre and comedy to live music and night clubs.
5. Cardiff, UK
The largest city in Wales has an exhilarating mix of heavyweight cultural sights, a prolific music scene and some seriously banging nightlife. Although it’s hardly renowned as a gourmet paradise, Cardiff has some serious food places at affordable prices. A night out in Cardiff is not for the faint-hearted with Cardiffians known for partying hard – go check out Gwdihw, a retro-style café bar offering a rich programme of events.
6. Edinburgh, Scotland
Edinburgh is a bustling and vibrant city, steeped in history and holding a number of great festivals throughout this summer. It also boasts fascinating exhibitions and so many different events. Did I mention it has a beach?! Portobello beach has ice cream parlours, arcades and fish and chip shops.
