We’re five days into December now and here in the office we’ve made a good start into the advent calendar, Secret Santa plans are well on the way, and of course we’re hard at work organising coach hire for our customers rolling into 2017, when we’ll once again be helping you all get to sports matches, music concerts, theatre trips, ski holidays in Scotland and Europe, and the like.
The festive spirit is growing strong with all of us and we’d like to take this opportunity to wish all of you reading this a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
From our perspective, there’s only really one downside to this time of year – we hear the extra stress of getting everything just right in the voice of almost every caller. With Christmas breaks to be expected for almost all businesses and a delay in getting back up to speed after New Year’s, getting everything pinned down in advance can feel like a race against time – and even outside business, getting travel plans in order in what feels like a shortened month can be a challenge.
