2. Gosfield Hall, Essex

Set in ten acres of parkland, this once royal grand mansion provides a fantastic scenery for your wedding day. The grand hall features 23 suites with 14 double rooms and nine family rooms, perfect if you’re planning on inviting a lot of guests to stay over.

The courtyard situated at the heart of Gosfield Hall is used to host ceremonies in the summer months but can also be used for the entrance to your ceremony. What made Gosfield stand out for us is that there’s a Lady’s chamber in a quiet corner of the grounds for the bride and her bridesmaids to get ready for the big day - huge plus in our eyes.

3. Holmewood Hall, Cambridgeshire

Surrounded in some of Cambridgeshire’s most beautiful parkland, this stunning Tudor Gothic style mansion is ten acres of period elegance. Fully licensed, you have the option of hosting your special day in their Gold Room which boasts a 50-foot long aisle and an 18-carat gold ceiling. Another popular destination, we land in the Lake District again with Askham Hall, a captivating estate surrounded by an enchanting outdoor pavilion, Formal gardens, colourful terraces, woodlands and meadows. Basically, If Askham Hall doesn’t have it – it doesn’t exist.
