Excellent Being a Cub Scout group punctuality is important as we had 12 cubs waiting impatiently - our driver Emlyn was on time for our outward and return journey he was a polite and a careful driver!! Our only moan was the air conditioning not working properly. We will definitely use this company again!

Many thanks for your service on Saturday, the trip went without a hitch. The coach was on time at both pick-ups which is obviously the first requirement, and was clean, and tidy and got us to Chester and home without incident. I'd like to compliment the two drivers also, their service was very professional, courteous and helpful and helped to make the trip stress-free and enjoyable. I would appreciate it if you could pass my compliments on to them directly. I wouldn't hesitate to use you again and to recommend you to others.

Three words.. Using. You. Again. After what I thought would be a difficult trip to plan, I was relieved at every step, where I was met with friendly and efficient customer service. The "Admin Team" had character, and convinced me that they weren't just robots on the other end of the phone. This had been a trip for me and my family (which is extraordinarily large) which includes young children, older pensioners and even a new born. The trip was extremely pleasant, the driver was friendly and even introduced himself to the whole coach at the beginning of trip. The vehicle was of a high quality, it looked like it was pretty new, with working A/C and even had a working TV with a DVD player (which was brilliant for the kids). When we got to the beach, we asked the driver if we could keep some items on the coach (few bigger bags) whilst we were out and about, and he was more than happy to. The Day flew by, and to top it off, we had a great and relaxing journey home.

Both drivers were great & the coach on the way up to our venue on Monday 15th August was very comfortable. Unfortunately the air conditioning on the mini bus on the way back on the Tuesday wasn’t working, so that journey wasn’t as comfortable. Overall a good service & both drivers were very courteous & helpful they were also prompt arriving to pick us all up.

Lovely coach, plush inside with facilities, all you could want. Even larger coach on the way back. Lots of space. Were where they said they would be and on time. hank you for the excellent service your drivers provided on our trip to Skegness, all our service users were very pleased on how understanding and patient the drivers especially Antony was. For some of the service users it was a first time experience of going to a sea side. I will definitely book transport with SMC coach hire on our next trip.
