The service provided by SMC Coach Hire was faultless. Communication before the day of the booking was prompt and included all information I needed. The driver arrived on time and was very friendly. He even did an unscheduled extra drop off for us as it was en route to our destination. The minibus was clean and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SMC or use you again in the future.

Where do I begin? As a family we travel in the UK every year for our annual holiday normally using the rail network but had a hideous experience last year. That in mind we decided to try hiring a minimum I bus with driver for our journey each way. I wish I had done this year's ago. Smc were perfect from first point of contact right through to completion. The driver ( Simon ) was a true gent. Polite and helpful throughout arriving well presented and early on both outward and homeward journeys. I old not pick a single fault at all. Well done to Smc and it's whole team for a fantastic service. I will not hesitate to use Smc again and will recommend them to everyone.

We booked SMC for our daughter's wedding - to take guests from the venue to the church and back again. On the way to the church the driver had to make a detour due to a road traffic accident [which was subsequently fatal]. Everyone who was on the bus was highly complimentary about her driving and her professionalism. In terms of booking, correspondence and punctuality from SMC, we were highly satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I found SMC Coach Hire LTD to be very helpful with my coach booking. I made changes to my original booking which they amended with no problem - excellent. The coach was very clean and of a very high standard. Our driver Dave was brilliant. First class service all round and I would not hesitate in recomending SMC. We will be using them again.

Excellent service - our driver was fantastic, friendly and very punctual. Can't ask for anything else. Worth noting our flight was delayed last minute from Palma-Manchester. SMC driver waited over an hour close to the airport and was with us within minutes after collecting our luggage. Would highly recommend SMC.

We booked a minbus last minute to take us to an organised event, which was supposed to last for 2 hours. Our event finished early so we called the driver to see if there was any chance he could pick us up earlier and without any questions he agreed. I would definitely use the company again and recommend to friends and family - we couldn't have asked for more from them!

Great Service Everything was easy and clear with this booking and I was so pleased because it was the first time I have done a coach booking. The website is clear. The telephone booking and enquirird efficient and helpful. The coach was exactly on time and in the most accessible place. The text and e mail reminders and confirmations clear, polite and useful. Fantastic Service!! I put an enquiry in with SMC on their website and they came back to me just two hours later with a very good price. Our driver was Mick. He was a really nice man. He was a really happy great guy who would always talk to us, even though we were 10 noisy hens. Would definitly recommend SMC Coach Hire and would use again. Excellant value for money. Was on time for both picks up. He made our journey enjoyable. 100% excellant.

Excellent timely efficient service! We were looking for coach hire for a group of 21 from Liverpool airport to Blackpool and smc provided the cheapest quote so we chose them. We were provided with a mobile number for the driver the day before the trip and he text to introduce himself which was a nice touch. He was outside the airport waiting for us before we were even due to be collected and was in great spirits with both the adults and kids on board. Our return journey went just as smoothly and I would highly recommend smc in future. Thank you for an easy pain free trip, with 14 kids that can normally be very difficult! ;-)

Great Trip Thanks to SMC We were not the easiest group to deal with, 19 guys all with bikes that needed carefully looking after, but SMC were great from start to finish. We were picked up in the middle of the UK and taken to one coast then picked up on the other side of the UK and taken back home the following day after a coast to coast bike ride. Both drivers were very helpful and flexible too which was very much appreciated. The coach was first rate and they were very competitively priced too. I think we will be making the same trip next year and hope to be using SMC again Many thanks once again

Excellent service Used this company for a family trip to Ascot races. The whole process from my initial enquiry to the departure date was flawless. The price was competitive and each time I contacted the company to change or verify details my enquiry was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
