Thanks for saving the day! I recently used SMC coach hire for a day trip out with family and friends. We had a panic as another company had let us down but SMC were very helpful and friendly and sorted us out with a great quote. The driver was very professional and turned up on time for both pick-ups. What more can I ask for! I will definitely use them again and recommend them. Thanks for saving the day!

We booked a coach for 16 down to the FA Cup Final at Wembley. Everything about the booking process was simple and the communication was excellent. We received reminded for the final payment and when it came round to the day the coach was smart on time and the driver was a great guy. I will definitely be using this company again and would recommend to all.

Excellent experience from booking the coach hire to the coach picking our group up at our hotel in Torquay taking us to Paignton station for the steam train to link with the shuttle bus to Greenway House and then picking us up at Paignton station for the return journey to our hotel in Torquay. Texting me (the group leader) with the mobile number of the driver top contact in need on the day of the hire was a great idea. I did use this facility to check that a well behaved dog was allowed on the coach with the group(which it was). The coaches were comfortable and the hire cost was good value. The coach drivers were on time and very friendly and helpful. Thank you. Very well done SMC Coach Hire.

We had a stag trip to Blackpool for the weekend Fri - Sun. I contacted SMC as I was getting some quotes from other companies that wanted too much money. We recieved a competitive good price from SMC, which came with first class service. The sales team were very nice and helpful on the phone and the driver was very nice person. There is nothing I can fault with this service. They adjusted to our needs and requirements. We got there safely and there was never any hassle. I would 100% use this company again if needed. They are trustworthy and brilliant at what they do. Fantastic service they provided for us.

Have no problem recommending. We are very grateful to SMC for stepping in on our wedding day after our previous provider became unable to fulfill their obligations. After some initial chasing for confirmation of the coach, everything was sorted in the end and I'd have no trouble recommending their services. The feedback we had from our guests regarding the coach trips on the day were all positive, from the quality of the vehicles provided to the friendliness of the driver. Everything was on time and gave us no hassle, which on a very stressful day was greatly appreciated!

Great professional company The process from quote to booking was very professionally handled. I was chased, courteously, when I had failed to respond to messages, and was guided through the booking process with ease.
